间苯三酚治疗急性腹痛的临床疗效评价

摘　　要：目的:探讨间苯三酚治疗急性腹痛的疗效。方法:收治急性腹痛患者90例,随机分为研究组和对比组,各45例。研究组采用间苯三酚治疗,对比组采用曲马多治疗。结果:研究组临床疗效明显优于对比组(P<0.05)。结论:间苯三酚治疗急性腹痛,有着见效快、安全性高的特点,且阵痛的效果也比较明显。Objective:To investigate the therapeutic effect of benzol three in the treatment of acute abdominal pain.Methods:90 patients with acute abdominal pain were randomly divided into the study group and the contrast group,with 45 cases in each group.The patients in the study group were treated with phthalate three phenol,and the patients in the comparison group were treated with tramadol.Results:The clinical effect of the study group was obviously better than that of the contrast group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The treatment of acute abdominal pain with diphenolol has the characteristics of quick effect and high safety,and the effect of the pain is also obvious.
