摘　　要：目的:探讨滇药降脂膏治疗痰浊阻遏兼血瘀证型原发性高脂血症患者的疗效。方法:收治原发性高脂血症(痰浊阻遏兼血瘀证)患者68例,分为滇药降脂膏治疗的膏方组和运动饮食治疗的运动组。结果:组间比较,治疗后血脂达标率、降脂总有效率差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:对于高脂血症低危层人群,滇药降脂膏降脂作用与运动饮食控制相当,适用于久坐及不耐受运动的老年人群。Objective:To explore the curative effect of Yunnan medicine Jiangzhi ointment in the treatment of primary hyperlipidemia with phlegm repression and blood stasis syndrome.Methods:68 patients with primary hyperlipidemia(phlegm repression and blood stasis syndrome)were divided into the Yunnan medicine Jiangzhi ointment treatment group and the exercise diet group.Results:After the treatment,there were no significant difference in the standard rate of blood lipid and the total effective rate of lipid lowering between groups(P>0.05).Conclusion:For the low risk group of hyperlipidemia,the lipid lowering effect of Yunnan medicine Jiangzhi ointment is the same as that of sports diet control,which is suitable for the elderly who are sedentary and intolerant.
