儿童卡他性中耳炎60例中西医结合治疗效果分析

摘　　要：目的:探讨儿童卡他性中耳炎的中西医结合治疗效果。方法:收治儿童卡他性中耳炎患者60例,随机分为试验组(42耳)与常规组(38耳),各30例。常规组采用常规西医疗法治疗,试验组在此基础上联合中医疗法。结果:试验组治疗总有效率高于常规组(P<0.05)。结论:中西医结合治疗儿童卡他性中耳炎具有良好的效果。Objective:To investigate the therapeutic effect of integrated traditional Chinese and Western medicine in the children's middle ear catarrh.Methods:60 children with middle ear catarrh were selected.They were randomly divided into the experimental group(with 42 ears)and the routine group(with 38 ears)with 30 cases in each group.The routine group were treated with conventional western medicine,while the experimental group given conventional western medicine combined with traditional Chinese medicine.Results:The effective rate of the patients in the experimental group was higher than that of the routine group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Western medicine combined with traditional Chinese medicine has good effect in the treatment of children with otitis media catarrh.
