手术配合指引在腹腔镜下直肠癌根治术中的应用

摘　　要：目的:探讨手术配合指引在腹腔镜下直肠癌根治术中的应用效果。方法:收治腹腔镜下直肠癌根治术患者29例,分为对照组14例和观察组15例。对照组采用常规护理,观察组将手术配合指引应用于该手术的护理配合实践中。结果:观察组手术时间、术中出血量、住院时间、手术相关并发症发生率均优于对照组(P<0.05),手术医生对手术配合的满意度高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:将手术配合指引应用于腹腔镜下直肠癌根治术中,可有效减少术中出血量及并发症的发生,缩短手术及住院时间,提高手术效率、手术安全性及手术医生的满意度,达到较好的治疗效果。Objective:To explore the effect of operation coordination guidance in laparoscopic radical resection of rectal cancer.Methods:A total of 29 patients with laparoscopic radical resection of rectal cancer were selected.They were divided into the control group(with 14 cases)and the observation group(with 15 cases).The control group received routine nursing,while the observation group applied the operative cooperation guidelines to the nursing practice of the operation.Results:The operative time,intraoperative blood loss,hospitalization time and operation related complication rate in the observation group were all lower than those in the control group(P<0.05),and the satisfaction of surgeons to operative cooperation was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The surgery guidelines used in laparoscopic radical resection of rectal cancer,can effectively reduce the occurrence of bleeding and complications during operation,shorten the operation time and hospitalization time,improve the operation efficiency and safety of operation,and the surgeon's satisfaction,achieve a better therapeutic effect.
