摘　　要：目的:探讨人文关怀护理应用于肛周疾病患者术后护理的临床干预效果。方法:收治肛周疾病患者53例,随机分为对照组23例和观察组30例。对照组给予常规护理措施,观察组根据个体特殊情况施以相应的人文关怀护理措施。结果:观察组患者护理满意度明显高于对照组(P<0.05);观察组依从性明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:人文护理在肛周病术后护理中的应用符合整体护理的内涵,为患者的临床治疗提供了准确的依据,提高了患者的康复效果。Objective:To explore the clinical intervention effect of humanistic care in the postoperative nursing of patients with perianal diseases.Methods:53 patients with perianal diseases were randomly divided into the control group(with 23 cases)and the observation group(with 30 cases).The control group were given routine nursing measures,and the observation group were given the corresponding humanistic care measures according to the individual special circumstances.Results:The satisfaction degree of the patients in the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.05),and the compliance of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Application of humanistic nursing in postoperative nursing of perianal disease conforms to the connotation of holistic nursing.It provides the accurate basis for the patient's clinical treatment,and improves the effect of the patient's rehabilitation.
