摘　　要：本文分析黔南州1例人感染H7N9禽流感死亡病例的流行病学特征。通过采用现场流行病学调查与实验室相结合的方法,阐述病例的流行病学特征、实验室检测、可能的感染来源或暴露因素,根据流行病学史、临床表现和实验室检测结果,确诊1例人感染H7N9禽流感病例。人感染H7N9禽流感的早期发现在于就诊时临床医师的技术水平与责任心,加强基层医疗机构人员的禽流感防护知识培训尤其重要。In this paper,the author analyzed the epidemiological characteristics of 1 death case of human H7N9 avian influenza infection in qiannan.Through using the field epidemiological investigation combined with laboratory to elaborate epidemiological characteristics,laboratory tests,and the possible sources of infection or exposure factors,according to the epidemiological history,clinical manifestation and laboratory test results,1 case of H7N9 avian influenza were confirmed.Early dignosis of human infection with H7N9 avian influenza depends on the technical level and sense of responsibility of clinicians.It is particularly important to strengthen the training of knowledge about avian influenza protection in primary health care institutions.
