定颤汤治疗特发性震颤的临床观察

摘　　要：目的:观察定颤汤对特发性震颤的临床疗效。方法:将60例ET患者按就诊先后顺序采用随机数字表法随机分为三组,每组20例。A组运用中药口服,同时口服阿尔马尔;B组单纯口服阿尔马尔;C组单纯口服中药。治疗30d后分别观察三组疗效及比较治疗前后震颤评分变化。结果:A组总有效率为90.0%(18/20),明显高于B组的55%(11/20)(P<0.05),高于C组的75%(15/20)(P>0.05);A组震颤评分变化明显优于对B组及C组(P<0.05),B组与C组比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。不良反应发生率A组发生3例(占15%),B组4例(占20%),C组1例(5%),不良反应事件C组明显低于A组及B组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:中医补益肝肾、熄风通络之定颤汤治疗特发性震颤具有良好的治疗效果且不良反应事件较少。Objective:To observe the clinical curative effect of the Dingchan decoction(定颤汤)in treating idiopathic tremor.Methods:60 patients with idiopathic tremor were randomly divided into three groups,with 20 cases in each group.Group A received oral administration of Chinese medicine and Arotinolol;Group B received only oral administration of Arotinolol;The group C received only oral administration of Chinese medicine.After 30 days of treatment,the effects and tremor score changes of three groups were observed and compared.Results:The total efficiency of group A was 90.0%(18/20),which was significantly higher than that of group B,55%,(11/20)(P<0.05)and that of group C,75%(15/20)(P>0.05).The tremor score change of group A was significantly better than that of group B and group C(P<0.05),and the difference between group B and group C was not statistically significant(P>0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions of group A was 15%(3 cases),and that of group B and group C was 20%(4 cases)and 5%(1 case)respectively,the incidence of adverse reaction of group C was significantly lower than that of group A and group B,the difference was of statistical significance(P<0.05).Conclusion:The Dingchan decoction could tonify the liver and kidney,extinguish the wind and dredge the collaterals,it had good therapeutic effect and less adverse reaction in treating idiopathic tremor.
