观察中医综合治疗对肺心病缓解期近期生存质量的影响

摘　　要：目的:对中医综合治疗对肺心病缓解期近期生存质量的影响进行观察。方法:选取我院在2015年6月-2016年6月收治的肺心病缓解期患者共计100例,根据双盲分组法分为研究组和参照组,参照组使用西药治疗,研究组实施中医综合治疗,对比分析两组患者临床指标、生存质量评分、治疗效果及WHOQOL-BREF量表维度评分。结果:研究组患者治疗后在FEV1、Ig A、Ig G、Sp O2等各项临床指标均显著优于参照组,除两组患者治疗前生存质量评分无差异(P>0.05),经一段时间治疗后,研究组生存质量评分均明显高于参照组,统计学差异显著(P<0.05);研究组患者治疗总有效率为88%,参照组患者治疗总有效率为72%,经统计学对比分析差异显著(P<0.05);研究组患者在心理、生理等方面均明显优于参照组,统计学对比分析具显著差异(P<0.05),社会、环境对比两组差异不大(P>0.05)。结论:中医综合治疗能够更好地治疗肺心病缓解期患者的近期生存质量,具有较佳的临床应用价值。Objective:To observe the effect of TCM on the quality of life in recent remission of pulmonary heart disease.Methods:A total of 100 patients with pulmonary heart disease in our hospital from June 2015 to June 2016 were selected and divided into the study group and the reference group according to double-blind grouping method.The reference group was treated with western medicine;while the study group received TCM comprehensive treatment.The clinical indexes,quality of life scores,therapeutic effects and WHOQOLBREF scale dimensions were compared between two groups.Results:After treatment,the clinical parameters of FEV1,IgA,IgG and SpO2 in the study group were significantly better than those in the reference group.There was no difference in the quality of life before treatment between two groups(P>0.05).After a period of treatment,the quality of life in the study group were significantly higher than that in the reference group;the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);the total effective rate was 88%in the study group,and 72%in the reference group;the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The psychology and physiology of patients in the study group were significantly better than the reference group(P<0.05);and there was no significant difference in the social and environmental conditions between two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion:The comprehensive treatment of TCM could better treat patients with pulmonary heart disease and improve the quality of life in recent remission,and have better clinical value.
