活血祛风通络汤联合针灸治疗神经性头痛的疗效及安全性

摘　　要：目的:观察神经性头痛患者采用活血祛风通络汤联合针灸治疗的临床疗效,并观察临床症状的改善情况。方法:选择2014年9月-2016年12月的收治的神经性头痛患者104例,随机分为对照组和观察组,对照组(n=52)采用针灸治疗,观察组(n=52)采用针灸联合活血祛风通络汤治疗,组方为:珍珠母、生牡蛎各30g,当归、赤芍、藁本各15g,桃仁、川芎、红花、生地、白芍、葛根各12g,细辛、蝉衣6g,全蝎、甘草3g,蜈蚣1条。两组共治疗10d,疗程之间间隔2d,共治疗3个疗程。对比两组患者的临床疗效,头痛发作持续时间、头痛发作次数及头痛发作时间。结果:对照组和观察组治愈分别为34例和42例,显效为4例和4例、有效为4例和4例,无效为10例和2例,经检验表明观察组临床疗效高于对照组(P<0.05),对比差异明显,具有统计学意义;在治疗后观察组头痛发作持续时间、头痛发作次数及头痛发作时间均较对照组出现减少(P<0.05),对比差异明显,具有统计学意义。结论:神经性头痛患者采用活血祛风汤联合针灸治疗的临床疗效较高,能有效改善患者的临床症状,具有较高的运用价值,安全性较高,值得在临床中推广实施。Objective:To observe the effect of the Huoxue Qufeng Tongluo decoction(活血祛风通络汤)combined with acupuncture on neurotic headache,to observe the relief of the clinical symptoms.Method:104 patients with neurotic headache treated in our hospital from September 2014 to December 2016 were selected and randomly divided into the control group and the observation group.The control group(n=52)was given acupuncture and moxibustion treatment;the observation group(n=52)was given the Huoxue Qufeng Tongluo decoction plus acupuncture.The prescription was mother pearl 30 g,raw oyster 30 g,Angelica sinensis 15 g,Radix Paeoniae rubra 15 g,Ligusticum ligustici 15 g,peach kernel 6 g,Chuanxiong(川芎)6 g,safflower 6 g,raw land 6 g,Radix Paeoniae Alba 6 g,Radix Puerariae root 6 g,Asarum 6 g,cicada coat 6 g,scorpion 3 g,licorice 3 g,Centipede 1.Two groups were treated for 10 days,the interval between the two courses of treatment was 2 days,a total of 3 courses was given during the treatment.The clinical efficacy of the two groups of patients was compared.Results:The cured in the control group and the observation group were 34 cases and 42 cases respectively;the significantly effective were 4 cases and 4 cases respectively;the effective were 4 cases and 4 cases respectively;the ineffective were 10 cases and 2 cases respectively;The clinical efficacy in the observation group was higher than that of the control group;the difference was statistically significant,P<0.05.After treatment,the number of headache attacks and the duration of headache attack in the observation group were decreased compared with those in the control group,the difference was statistically significanct,P<0.05.Conclusion:The Huoxue Qufeng Tongluo decoction plus acupuncture had a significant clinical effect in the treatment of neurotic headache.It could effectively relieve the clinical symptoms of patients,and had higher application value,higher safety,and was worth popularizing in clinical practice.
