摘　　要：目的:观察自拟益气固肾方配合捏脊疗法、耳穴贴压治疗小儿原发性遗尿症的临床疗效。方法:32例患儿运用自拟益气固肾方中药内服,合用捏脊、耳穴贴压治疗,并配合排尿训练。14d为1个疗程。结果:32例患儿治疗4个疗程后,治愈10例,好转17例,未愈5例,总有效率84.3%。结论:自拟益气固肾方配合捏脊疗法、耳穴贴压治疗小儿原发性遗尿症有一定的疗效。Objective:To observe the clinical value of the Yiqi Gushen decoction(益气固肾方),chiropractic and auricular plaster therapy on children with primary nocturnal enuresis.Methods:32 children were treated with the Yiqi Gushen decoction,chiropractic and auricular plaster therapy,combined with urination training.14 days were formed one course of treatment.Results:After 4 courses of treatment,in 32 cases,10 cases were cured;17 cases were improved;5 cases were not recovered;and the total effective rate was 84.3%.Conclusion:The Yiqi Gushen decoction,chiropractic therapy and auricular plaster therapy had a certain effect on children with primary nocturnal enuresis.
