摘　　要：综合论述头面部带状疱疹的特点及护理方法,为促进健康恢复提供参考。通过万方数据库检索近五年带状疱疹的特点、护理方法相关文献,从皮肤、疼痛、心理三个特点及护理方面进行归纳总结。皮肤损害、神经疼痛、心理状态是头面部带状疱疹患者较为典型的特点,护理人员若能针对性的进行护理,可促进健康。The characteristics and nursing methods of herpes zoster on the head and face were discussed comprehensively to provide a reference for promoting the recovery of health.The characteristics of herpes zoster in recent five years were searched through Wanfang database and the related literatures of nursing methods were reviewed from the skin,pain and psychology.Three psychological characteristics and nursing aspects were summarized.Skin damage,nerve pain and psychological state were the typical characteristics of patients with herpes zoster on the head and face,if the nursing staff could be targeted in carrying out nursing,the health would be promoted.
