疮疡灵散联合负压创面技术治疗褥疮的临床观察

摘　　要：目的:观察探讨对褥疮患者采用疮疡灵散联合负压创面技术治疗的临床疗效。方法:随机选择2015年4月-2017年4月在我院接受褥疮诊治的60例患者,根据治疗方式将其分为对照组和观察组,采用疮疡灵散为对照组患者进行治疗,采用疮疡灵散联合负压创面技术对观察组患者进行治疗,对比分析两组患者的满意度及治疗效果。结果:对照组患者的满意度和治疗效果都明显比观察组低,差异有统计学上的意义(P<0.05)。结论:对褥疮患者采用疮疡灵散联合负压创面技术治疗,治疗效果显著,具有被进一步推广至临床上并应用的价值。Objective:To observe and explore the clinical efficacy of Chuanyangling Powder combined with negative pressure wound technique in the treatment of bedsore.Methods:60 patients with bedsore treated in our hospital from April 2015 to April 2017 were randomly selected and divided into the control group and the observation group according to different treatment.The control group received Chuangyangling powder treatment while the patients in the observation group were treated with Chuangyangling powder combined with negative pressure wounds technique,and the satisfaction and therapeutic effect of the two groups were compared and analyzed.Results:The satisfaction and therapeutic effect of the patients in the control group were significantly lower than those in the observation group,the difference was of statistical significance(P<0.05).Conclusion:Chuanyangling Powder combined with negative pressure wound technique had significant effect in the treatment of bedsore,and it had the value of being further clinically extended and applied.
