松花粉预防恶性肿瘤患者化疗所致药物不良反应的疗效研究

摘　　要：目的:对松花粉预防恶性肿瘤患者化疗所致药物不良反应的效果进行分析和讨论。方法:选取我院2016年5月-2017年6月2周期以上化疗的肿瘤患者62例为研究对象,按照单盲、平行原则将其平均分为两组,每组31例,其中研究组A组在第1周期化疗期间服用安慰剂,第2周期化疗期间服用松花粉;研究组B组在第1周期化疗期间服用松花粉,第2周期化疗期间服用安慰剂,比较两组两次化疗期间不良反应发生率以及生命质量。结果:研究组A两次化疗不良反应发生率分别为6.45%和3.23%,研究组B组两次化疗不良反应发生率分别为35.48%和19.35%,研究组A组显著低于研究组B,差异统计学存在意义(P<0.05);研究组B组第2周期不良反应发生率明显低于第1周期,差异统计学存在意义(P<0.05);研究组A组生命质量评分显著优于研究组B组,差异统计学意义成立(P<0.05);研究组B第1周期生命质量评分与第1周期存在显著差异,统计学意义成立(P<0.05)。结论:将松花粉应用于恶性肿瘤药物不良反应预防当中,具有较高的使用价值,其能够有效降低不良反应发生率,提升患者生命质量,值得广泛应用和推广。Objective:To analyze and discuss the effect of pine pollen on prevention of chemotherapy-induced adverse drug reactions in patients with malignant tumors.Methods:Totally 62 patients with cancer received more than 2 cycles of chemotherapy in our hospital from May 2016 to June 2017 were divided into two groups according to single blind principle and parallel principle,with 31 patients in each group.Among them,research group A received placebo in the first cycle of chemotherapy and pine pollen in the second cycle of chemotherapy;group B took pine pollen during the first cycle of chemotherapy,placebo in the second cycle of chemotherapy,and adverse reactions rate and quality of life during the two cycles of chemotherapy were compared.Results:The adverse reactions of two chemotherapy in study group A were 6.45%and 3.23%respectively.The adverse reactions of two chemotherapy in study group B were 35.48%and 19.35%respectively.The adverse reaction rate of research group A was significantly lower than that of study group B.The difference was of statistical significance(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions in the second cycle of study group B was significantly lower than that of the first cycle(P<0.05).The quality of life score of study group A was significantly better than that of study group B.The difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).There was significant difference in the quality of life score of the second cycle and the first cycle in study group B,and the statistical significance was established(P<0.05).Conclusion:Pine pollen used in the prevention of adverse drug reactions of malignant tumors had high value,it could effectively reduce the incidence of adverse reactions,improve patient quality of life,and was worthy of being widely used and promoted.
