平衡针灸治疗颈肩腰腿痛的疗效分析

摘　　要：目的:分析平衡针灸治疗颈肩腰腿痛的疗效。方法:对本院2016年9月-2017年9月接收的113例颈肩腰腿痛患者资料加以探究,依据治疗方案分成两组,对照组(53例)行传统针灸治疗,试验组(60例)行平衡针灸治疗,比对两组治疗前后VAS评分变化及临床疗效。结果:治疗后,试验组VAS(2.16±0.08)分显著低于对照组(5.12±0.85)分(P<0.05);治疗后,试验组临床总有效率95.77%较之对照组77.36%显著更高(P<0.05)。结论:颈肩腰腿痛采取平衡针灸治疗可取得显著疗效,有效减轻患者疼痛感,改善其关节功能,可被临床推广、应用。Objective:To analyze the effect of balance acupuncture and moxibustion in treating neck,shoulder and back pain.Methods:The data of 113 patients with neck,shoulder and back pain admitted to our hospital from September 2016 to September 2017 were studied.According to the treatment plan,the patients were divided into two groups.The control group(53 cases)received traditional acupuncture and moxibustion.The experimental group(60 cases)received balance acupuncture treatment,VAS score changes and clinical efficacy of two groups before and after treatment were compared.Results:After treatment,VAS in the experimental group was significantly lower than that in the control group(2.16±0.08)(P<0.05).After treatment,the total clinical effective rate was 95.77%in the experimental group,which was significantly higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The balance acupuncture treatment of neck and shoulder lumbocrural pain could achieve a significant effect,it could effectively reduce the pain and improve the joint function of the patients,which could be promoted and applied clinically.
