压疮的外用敷料护理的研究进展

摘　　要：压疮是发生于患者皮肤、皮下组织的局限性损伤,是护理工作的重点内容,也是衡量护理水平的重要指标。目前压疮的治疗措施包括:药物治疗、敷料外敷、减压技术、照射治疗等方面。本文综述重点在压疮的护理,尤其敷料外敷的护理治疗措施。敷料外敷适应于压疮的预防及临床各期,适应范围广,副作用少,临床疗效较好,某些药物具有一定的杀菌作用等。Pressure sore is a localized injury of skin and subcutaneous tissue,which is the key content of nursing work and an important index to measure nursing level.At present,the treatment measures of pressure sore include:drug treatment,dressing external application,decompression technique and irradiation therapy.This article reviews the nursing care of pressure sore,especially the nursing and treatment measures of external dressing.The external application of dressing is suitable for the prevention and all clinical stages of pressure sore,and it has a wide range of adaptation and less side effects.Its clinical efficacy is good,some drugs have certain bactericidal effect and so on.
