摘  要:针对现有软件进行绞吸挖泥船施工模拟器开发时,在人机交互方面存在诸如图形运算量大、开发难度高以及封装软件难以实现和PLC通信等问题。在三维软件建模的基础上,利用XNA软件进行挖泥船仿真动作的实现和雨雪天气及海洋场景的构建。同时,以真实绞吸挖泥船驾驶台为原型,利用PLC为控制核心搭建仿真操作平台,并通过OPC通信协议将各类操作数据实时传输至视景系统。调试结果表明,基于XNA软件设计的绞吸挖泥船施工模拟器视景系统逼真,动作实现方便灵活,并且能够和仿真操作平台实现稳定、可靠的人机交互。During the developing process of cutter suction dredger construction simulator,many problems e.g.large graphics process and difficulty in communicating between packaged software and PLC need to be solved to realize man-machine interaction.On the basis of 3D software modeling,XNA software was used to simulate the action of dredger as well as natural environment including rain and snow and oceanic area.Meanwhile,by using PLC as the control core,simulation operating platform was built based on the prototype of real bridge of cutter suction dredger.In addition,with the help of OPC communication protocol,all kinds of operating data could be transmitted to the visual system in real time.Tested results show that the visual system of the cutter suction dredger based on the XNA software is realistic with convenient and flexible operation.Stable and reliable man-machine interaction between the system and the simulation operation platform is realized.
