护理专案在降低新生儿医源性皮肤损伤的应用研究

摘　　要：目的探讨应用护理专案对降低新生儿无陪护病房医源性皮肤损伤的应用效果。方法选取2016年3-4月在我院新生儿病房诊治的475例新生儿作为对照组,按新生儿护理常规进行操作和护理。选取2016年5-6月诊治的住院新生儿407例为观察组,在常规护理的基础上,运用护理专案,通过分析发生医源性皮肤损伤的原因,制定相应对策,如加强培训、细化工作流程、给予个性化关爱、实时督促和反馈等。比较两组新生儿医源性皮肤损伤发生情况。结果皮肤粘贴伤是目前新生儿医源性皮肤损伤的主要因素,其次为划伤或割伤;观察组新生儿医源性皮肤损伤发生率低于对照组,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论新生儿医源性皮肤损伤的发生仍较频繁,但其发生性质和原因有所改变;护理专案有利于降低新生儿无陪护病房医源性皮肤损伤的发生。Objective To study the effect of nursing Program for reducing iatrogenic skin injuries in neonatal unattended ward.Methods 475 neonates hospitalized from March to April,2016 in the neonatal ward of the Children's Hospital of Chongqing Medical University were selected as the control group,and they received the routine nursing methods.407 hospitalized neonates from May to June,2016 were selected as the observation group,they were implemented the nursing Program on the basis of the routine methods,then to analyze the causes of iatrogenic skin injuries and formulated corresponding measures such as strengthening the training,refining the working processes,giving personalize cares,supervising and feedback on time.Meanwhile the incidence rates of iatrogenic skin injuries between two groups were compared.Results Skin paste injury is the main factors of iatrogenic skin injuries at present,then followed by scrapes and cuts.The incidence rates of iatrogenic skin injuries of observation group were lower than the control's,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The happening of neonatal iatrogenic skin injuries are still frequently,but its properties and causes have changed.The implementation of nursing program can reduce the incidence of iatrogenic skin injury in neonatal unattended ward.
