心功能Ⅱ～Ⅳ级心力衰竭患者照顾者抑郁水平及其影响因素分析

摘　　要：目的调查心功能Ⅱ~Ⅳ级心力衰竭(简称心衰)患者照顾者的抑郁水平及其影响因素,为医务人员制订护理干预措施提供依据。方法采用便利抽样法,运用Zarit护理者负担量表、贝克抑郁量表第2版,对入住我院心内科心功能Ⅱ~Ⅳ级心衰患者的照顾者110例进行问卷调查并分析。结果心衰患者照顾者抑郁得分(9.26±5.36)分,26.4%患有抑郁情绪。回归分析显示,照顾者负担水平、患者合并症、病程、照顾者文化程度是照顾者抑郁的主要影响因素。结论慢性心力衰竭照顾者抑郁状况不容乐观,应引起医务人员的重视,可通过采取干预措施提高照顾者心理健康水平,以便为患者提供更好的照顾,改善患者生活质量和结局。Objective To investigate the level of depression and the influencing factors in caregivers of heart failure patients with NYHA classⅡ~Ⅳ,and to provide evidence for clinicians to implement intervention.Methods Convenient sampling was used and totally 110 caregivers of heart failure patients with NYHA classⅡ~Ⅳfrom cardiovascular department of our hospital were investigated using zarit caregiver burden inventory and beck depression inventory-Ⅱ.Results The mean score of depression was(9.26±5.36)and 26.4%of the caregivers had the risk of depression.The main influencing factors of caregivers depression were burden level,como-bidities of patients,duration of disease and caregivers'education background.Conclusion Medical staff should pay attention to depression of caregivers and interventions should be provided to improve their psychological health level and benefit the patients.
