摘　　要：针对当前税收执法中存在的执法不严、随意,执法程序和文书不规范等问题,本文实现了一种内外网数据隔离的税务管理平台,该平台主要包括系统架构实现、后台管理、前端展示三部分内容。其中架构体系采用了两台服务器,实现了内网服务器主动式、外网服务器被动式的数据传输方式,将税务敏感数据隔离;后台管理端采用.Net整体方案,开发工具采用Visual Studio2010,开发语言是C#和Asp.Net,在DWZ框架上结合美工完成界面实现;前端展示采用J2EE整体方案。该平台运行稳定,操作方便,各方面均达到了设计要求。Aiming at the problems existing in the current tax law enforcement,such as lax enforcement,arbitrary enforcement procedures,and irregular documents,this paper implements a tax management platform for internal and external network data isolation.The platform mainly includes three parts:the system architecture,the backstage management and the front end display.The architecture system adopts two servers,which realizes the active data transmission mode of internal network server and passive data transmission mode of external network server,and isolating the tax sensitive data.The backstage management side adopts the.Net overall scheme,the development tool adopts Visual Studio 2010,the development language is C#and Asp.Net,and the interface implementation uses the DWZ framework.The front end display uses the J2EE overall scheme.The platform is stable in operation,easy to operate and meet the design requirements in all aspects.
