改良LIFT术与切开挂线引流术治疗复杂性肛瘘的临床比较

摘　　要：目的比较改良LIFT术与切开挂线引流术治疗复杂性肛瘘的临床疗效。方法选取本院收治的复杂性肛瘘患者108例,其中观察组54例采用改良LIFT术,对照组54例采用传统切开挂线引流术,比较两组疗效、疾病恢复、并发症和复发率等指标。结果观察组治疗总有效率(98.15%)与对照组治疗总有效率(92.59%)比较差异不显著(P>0.05);观察组住院时间、切口愈合时间、切口愈合面积、愈后Wexner评分、术后7 d VAS评分均优于对照组(P<0.05);两组并发症发生率和复发率比较差异不显著(P>0.05)。结论相对于切开挂线引流术,改良LIFT术治疗复杂性肛瘘可有效缩短患者住院和切口愈合时间,减轻术后疼痛,并较好保留肛门功能。Objective To compare the clinical effects between the improved LIFT procedure and the incision thread drawing procedure in the treatment of complex anal fistula.MeAods A total of 108 patients"with complex anal fistula admitted into our hospital were taken as the subjects for the research and were divided into tw-o groups:an observation group and a control group(n=54,respectively).For the for^ner group,the improved LIFT procedure was perfor^ned;for the latter group,the conventional incision thread drawing procedure was perfor^ned.The curative effects as well as the disease recover^^,complications,recurrence rate and other indicators"were compared between the groups.Results The total effective rate of treatment showed no significant difference betw-een the observation group(98.15%)and the control group(92.59%)(P>0.05);the indicators,including the hospital stays,"wound healing period,wound healing area,Wexner scores of prognosis and post-operation 7d VAS scores,were superior to those of the control group(P<0.05);the differences in complication incurrence and recurrence were not significant betw-een the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion In comparison with the incision thread drawing procedure in the treatment of complex anal fistula,the improved LIFT procedure can effectively shorten the hospital stays and the wound healing period of the patient,reduce post-operation pains,and generally maintain anal functions.
