摘 要:为了提高超声电机的输出转矩及效率,解决电机在调节预压力过程中的困难,设计了一种双边驱动旋转型行波超声电机,并应用ANSYS软件对其进行了模态和谐响应分析.结果表明,新型行波超声电机可解决上述问题.在此基础上,以电机的输出性能最佳为目标函数,对定子轴结构进行优化,得到最佳尺寸为:定子厚度3mm,腹板厚度0.5mm,腹板宽度4mm.该优化结果为双边驱动旋转型行波超声电机的加工制作提供了参考.In order to increase the output torque and efficiency of ultrasonic m otor,and to solve difficulties during the adjustm ent of pre-loaded pressure,a kind of double-sided driven rotary traveling wave ultrasonic m otor is designed and the m odal analysis and harm onic response analysis are perform ed by using the A NSYS software.The results show the feasibility of the new type of traveling wave ultrasonic motor in solving the above problems.Based on the results,the stator axis structure is optim ized by taking the optimal output perform ance as objective function then the optim al dim ension is concluded a s:stator thickness 3 mm,ventral plate thickness 0.5 mm ventral plate w idth 4 mm.This optim ized results provide referenced dim ension for the manufacturing process of the double-sided driven rotary traveling wave ultrasonic m otor.
