五环炉粉煤气化装置试车运行总结

摘　　要：河南龙宇煤化工有限公司二期40万t/a醋酸项目气化装置采用的是五环炉粉煤加压气化工艺。在该装置投料试车成功以后,龙宇煤化工有限公司通过不断地摸索、总结五环炉气化装置运行的经验,并经过技改和试车,完成了本地煤与外地煤不同比例的掺烧实验,为今后完成试烧本地煤种积累了宝贵的经验,其经济性、稳定性和可操作性正在不断地提升。The400,000 t/a Acetic Acid Project(Phase Two)of Henan Longyu Coal Chemical Co.,Ltd adopts pulverized coal pressurization gasification process of Wuhuan gasifier for its gasification unit.After successful commissioning of this unit,Henan Longyu Coal Chemical Co.,Ltd constantly drew on experience from the operation of Wuhuan gasifier and completed blending combustion of local coal and nonlocal coal at different ratios through technical reform and commissioning.With the cost-efficiency,stability and performance of the unit being constantly improved,it has accumulated valuable experience forfuture test burning of local coal.
