摘　　要：论述了高塔设备管口第一个管道支架设置中经常出现应力超标的管架布置形式和这类布置形式所产生的管道应力问题,以及针对这类支架布置形式所采取的修改方案。根据以往利用CAESAR软件对高塔设备管口第一个支架与π形或L形弯之间的间距计算经验总结,指出了该间距的合理取值范围。This paper expounds the pipe support layout where excessive stress often happens to the first pipe support on high tower nozzles,consequent pipe stress problems and modification schemes.The paper works out a reasonable range of the spacing between the first pipe support of high towers andπ-shaped or L-shaped elbows based on the previous calculation experience with CAESAR software.
