摘 要:为了分析爆破参数对矿岩爆破效果的影响规律,采用中心组合试验法研究底盘抵抗线、炮孔间距及炮孔填塞长度对爆落矿石的大块率、粉矿率与炮孔延米爆破量的影响规律,并建立衡量爆破参数对矿岩爆破效果影响情况的响应面回归模型。研究结果表明:矿岩爆破效果不仅受底盘抵抗线、炮孔间距及炮孔填塞长度等单因素影响,而且受多因素交互作用的影响;在一定变化区间内,随着底盘抵抗线、炮孔间距及炮孔填塞长度的增加,矿石大块率、粉矿率呈先减小后增大的变化趋势,炮孔延米爆破量则呈先增大后减小的变化趋势。In order to analyze the influence factors for the blasting effect of ore-bearing rock,some Box-Behnken design(BBD)experiments were performed,and the effect of bottom burden,drilling spacing and filling length on the blasting boulder,fines ratio and blast quantity per meter of hole was investigated.The response surface regression models for measuring the effect rule of blasting parameter content on blasting effect were established.The results show that the blasting effect is not only largely influenced by bottom burden,spacing in drilling and filling length,but also affected by the interacted affection of the three factors.In a certain range,with the growth of bottom burden,spacing in drilling and filling length,the variation trend of boulder yield and fines ratio is firstly decreasing and then increasing,but the variation trend of blast quantity per meter of hole is firstly increasing and then decreasing.
