摘  要:基于个体与环境的匹配性理论,构建"施工项目经理能力与环境—怠工行为应激源—怠工行为倾向"为基本结构的分析模型。运用文献研究和专家访谈法设计施工项目经理怠工应激源、施工项目经理能力和施工项目环境量表。建立结构方程模型,利用240份样本数据分析影响施工项目经理怠工行为因素。研究结果表明:施工项目经理工作压力、关系模糊处于中等偏上水平,怠工倾向不显著;工作压力、关系模糊均与施工项目经理怠工倾向显著正相关,施工项目经理能力与施工项目环境间接影响施工项目经理怠工,关系模糊较工作压力对怠工倾向有更强的解释作用。根据影响因素与路径分析,提出针对性建议。Based on the person-environment fit theory,the analysis model was established with the basic structure of“construction project manager?s capacity and environmental-the stressor of job-burnout-job-burnout behavioral stress(intentions)”.Using literature research and expert interviews,the rating scales were designed including the stressor of job-burnout,the construction project manager capacity and the construction project environment.By SEM model building and 240 sample data collecting,influencing factors of job-burnout behavior was analysed.The results show that:working pressure and relationship fuzzy are at medium-upper level,and job-burnout intentions is insignificant;Working pressure and relationship fuzzy are significantly positively correlated with the job-burnout intentions;The capacity and the environment indirectly affect the job-burnout intentions which are influenced stronger by relationship fuzzy than working pressure.According to the conclusion,the pertinence suggestions are presented.
