血清循环免疫复合物与C_3、C_4在类风湿关节炎中的价值分析

摘　　要：目的探究血清中循环免疫复合物C1q(CIC-C1q)与补体C_3、C_4在类风湿性关节炎(RA)患者中的诊断和治疗价值。方法选取2014年6月至2016年6月于郑州大学附属洛阳中心医院就诊的60例RA患者设为观察组,并选择同期的60例健康体检者设置为对照组。分别采用C1q固相酶联免疫吸附试验(ELISA)法和免疫比浊法来检测两组血清中的CIC-C1q、C_3、C_4水平,并比较差异。结果观察组CIC-C1q水平明显高于对照组,C_4水平低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05),而C_3水平两组间比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);CIC-C1q在对照组、静止期RA和活动期RA三组间依次升高,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);C_4在三组间呈依次降低趋势,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);而C_3水平在三组间比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论血清CIC-C1q和C_4水平检测在RA患者的治疗评价中具有很好的应用价值。Objective To explore the value of serum circulating immune complex C1q(CIC-C1q),complement C 3 and C 4 in the diagnosis and treatment of patients with rheumatoid arthritis(RA).Methods From June 2014 to June 2016,60 cases of rheumatoid arthritis treated in Luoyang Central Hospital Affiliated to Zhengzhou University were selected as the observation group.Meanwhile,60 cases who under went healthy physical examination were chosen as control group.The levels of CIC-C1q,C 3 and C 4 in serum of two groups were detected by C1q solid-phase ELISA and immunoturbidimetry respectively,and the differences were compared.Results The level of CIC-C1q in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group,the level of C 4 was lower than control group,and there was statistical significance in the differences(P<0.05).But there was no statistical difference between the two groups of the C 3 level(P>0.05).The level of CIC-C1q was ascending in control group,quiescent phase RA group and active phase RA group,the statistical significance was existed(P<0.05).The level of C 4 was successively decrease in the three groups,and there was a statistically significant difference(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the level of C 3 the three groups(P>0.05).Conclusion The detection of CIC-C1q and C 4 has a good application value in the treatment evaluation for patients with RA.
