摘　　要：天津港的计量工作深入贯彻国家、行业和地方计量工作战略部署,在保障港口安全、贸易、节能等领域量值准确可靠方面发挥了积极作用,全面促进了天津港经济的持续快速发展。以提高计量发展的质量和效益为中心,以促进计量工作的现代化为主线,以深化计量体制改革为路径,推动天津港实现计量更高水平的发展。研究新时期天津港计量所面临的主要问题和矛盾,确定未来5~7年计量发展的阶段性目标,提出计量工作的重点任务以及规划实行的保障措施。Tianjin Port carries out national and local metrology strategies to ensure the accurate and reliable value,which has produced positive effect in security,trade,efficient,etc.Metrology has been continuously and quickly promoting the development of Tianjin Port.With raising the quality and benefit of metrology as its key task,Tianjin Port has enhanced metrology to a higher level by promoting modern metrology as the key link and following the path of deepening metrology administrative system reform.However,the main contradiction faced by Tianjin Port in the new period still exists.Midlong term planning of metrology should be put forward to determine the 5~7 years’gradual objectives,the major tasks and safeguards.
