摘　　要：科技查新报告是查新机构就其处理查新项目的过程以及得出的查新结论向查新委托人或有关部门所做的正式书面报告,是查新工作质量的重要体现。结合实例,从检索范围的选择、检索词的拟定、检索算符的使用、国内外查新注意的问题等方面分析如何优化查新报告质量。Sci-tech novelty search report represents the quality of novelty search.This paper analyzes how to optimize the quality of novelty search report from the aspects of the selection of retrieval range,the determination of retrieval terms,the use of retrieval operators,and the problems of novelty retrieval both at home and abroad through the study of relevant cases.
