摘　　要：将雌雄各半的80只SD大鼠,随机分为对照组和1.5,mL/100,g、0.75,mL/100,g和0.325,mL/100,g 3种剂量的小白菊注射液给药组,每组20只,连续35,d腹腔注射,进行小白菊注射液的亚慢性毒性试验。试验结果显示,各组大鼠给药直至35,d均无死亡,3个给药组大鼠体重、进食量、脏器系数、血液学及血液生化学与对照组相比均无显著差异(P>0.05)。结论提示,小白菊注射液在1.5,mL/100,g、0.75,mL/100,g和0.325,mL/100,g剂量下连续腹腔注射35,d对SD大鼠无不良影响。120 SD rats(60,males and 60,females)were randomly divided into control group and Parthenolide Injection in 3 different dosage groups including 1.5,mL/100,g,0.75,mL/100,g and 0.325,mL/100,g to inject Parthenolide Injection in 35,d in order to expose its subchronic toxicity.There were 20,rats in each group.After injecting Parthenolide Injection in 35,days,no death occurred in 120,rats.The weight,food intake,organ coefficient,hematology and blood biochemistry of rats in 3,test groups had no significant difference compared with the control group(P>0.05).With the dose of 5,mL/100,g,0.75,mL/100,g and 0.325,mL/100,g Parthenolide Injection continuous injecting,there was no harmful effect to SD rats.
