摘 要:Pechini法是一种利用有机物作溶剂改进的溶胶凝胶法。采用Pechini法制备了稀土-碱金属复合钨酸盐,将此复合钨酸盐凝胶作为改性剂对聚醚砜超滤平板膜进行了掺杂改性。并与对照组聚醚砜超滤平板膜作比较,分别对其纯水通量、始泡点、力学性能和结构进行分析,并模拟超滤膜的实际使用环境进行微生物培养,通过扫描电子显微镜得到形貌与微生物生长情况。结果表明,加入稀土后的聚醚砜平板膜纯水通量有明显的升高,由108.8,L/m^2·h提升至176.7,L/m^2·h,提高了62.41%,;力学性能提升了1.89%,,且更加稳定;膜表面通过SEM观察明显洁净于未添加的,有着显著的抑菌作用。Pechini method is a kind of improved sol-gel method using organic solvent,which was used to prepare the alkali metal-rare earth composite tungstate in this paper,then the composite tungstate gel was used to prepare polyethersulfone ultrafiltration membrane as a modifier.In order to compare with the blank samples,pure water flux,initial bubble point,mechanical property and morphological structure of the membrane were tested.Besides,some microorganisms were cultured on the membranes under a simulated actual using environment,after the growth status of the microorganisms and the morphological structure of the membranes were observed with a scanning electron microscopy.The results indicated that the improved membranes have an increased pure water flux by 62.41%,,which significantly increased from 108.8,L/m2·h to 176.7,L/m2·h compared with the blank samples,and the mechanical properties with a more stability increased by 1.89%,.In addition,a cleaner membrane surface was observed by SEM,which exhibited better antibacterial performance.
