摘　　要：阐述了学术期刊编辑在日常中需要秉持严谨、务实、多样化的工作作风,严谨的工作作风是一个单位或者一个团队得以稳步发展的根本保证,工作的作风严谨了,工作的态度和热情也会有显著提升,与此同时还要本着务实的原则、强烈的事业心和工作责任感,恪尽职守,尽职尽责,科学高效地安排好每天的时间,在闲暇时需要多阅读、多学习来提高自己的逻辑思维能力,提高自己的职业道德素养。只有坚持职业本分,才会有"一分耕耘一分收获"的职业态度。The need of upholding the rigorous,pragmatic and diverse work styles in the daily life of editors of academic journals was discussed.It argues that the rigorous work style is the fundamental guarantee of the steady development of a unit or a team,and the work attitude and enthusiasm will be significantly improved.Also,the principles of strong pragmatism,dedication and sense of responsibility should be observed and daily work should be well arranged.The logical thinking consciousness and professional moral accomplishment should be improved through doing more reading in their spare time.Only by insisting on the professional quality,will there be a professional attitude of No Pains,No gains.
