摘 要:目的探讨CICARE沟通模式对脊髓损伤患者满意度的影响。方法抽取2016年实施传统护理模式和实施CICARE沟通模式前后住院患者各30例作为研究对象,进行患者满意度问卷调查,分别确定为观察组与对照组。对照组采用传统的护理模式,观察组在传统护理模式的基础上采用CICARE沟通模式,比较两组患者对护理工作的满意度。结果实施CICARE沟通模式后的脊髓损伤患者满意度明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论实施CICARE模式,可改善患者生活质量,提高护患满意度,而且护士的沟通能力、心理护理、管理能力都有显著提高。Objective To investigate the effect of“connet,introduce,communicate,ask,and respond”(CICARE)communication mode on the satisfaction of patients with spinal cord injury.Methods We selected 30 cases of inpatients who were treated with traditional nursing mode(control group)and 30 cases who were treated with additional CICARE communication mode(observation group)in 2016 to conduct a patient satisfaction survey.The satisfaction with nursing care was compared between the two groups.Results The satisfaction level of the patients with spinal cord injury after treatment with CICARE communication mode was significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion CICARE mode can improve the quality of life of patients,both nurses’and patients’satisfaction,and nurses’communication skills,psychological nursing ability,and management ability.
