摘　　要：本文在传统测绘产品基础上,应用广州市连续运行基准站导航定位系统(GZCORS)和地面三维激光扫描技术构建三维模型,通过将建筑信息模型(BIM)理念融入到测绘产品的后续服务中,对相邻建筑物的日照遮挡情况进行实时分析,建立了规划监督测绘管理系统和社区物业数字化管理系统,能同时满足规划管理部门、建设单位和物业管理部门的需求,实现了对传统测绘成果的二次利用开发,拓展了测绘地理信息技术的应用领域。Based on traditional surveying and mapping products,we construct three-dimensional models of ground and buildings by using GZCORS,Terrestrial 3D laser scanning;At last we build management system of surveying and mapping about Planning supervision and digital community management system based on BIM concept in the follow-up services,such as real-time analysis of sunlight for adjacent buildings,it meet the requirements of the construction unit and the property management department.It also realize the secondary exploitation on traditional surveying and mapping products,expand applications of surveying and mapping geographic Information technology.
