摘  要:针对路面内置式碳纤维发热电缆融雪化冰的具体情况,建立路基结构的热力学模型和有限元分析模型,采用瞬态热分析方法,计算出路基内部温度场分布情况。采用实验测定数据对有限元模型进行修正后,研究发热电缆铺设间距、埋深、输入电流以及环境温度和风力等因素对发热效率的影响。最后结合工程施工情况,确定一组优化的发热电缆铺设参数和加热控制参数,提高了发热能效,为内置式碳纤维电缆路基施工提供了理论依据。A Based on the specific conditions of snow melting ice melting on the road surface with built-in carbon fiber heating cable,the authors established the thermodynamic model and finite element analysis model of subgrade,calculated the distribution of temperature field inside subgrade with the transient thermal analysis method,and study the influence of heating cable laying distance,buried depth,input current,ambient temperature and wind power on the heating efficiency after correcting the finite element model with the experimental data.Finally,combined with the construction conditions,a set of optimized heating cable laying parameters and heating control parameters were determined to improve the heat energy efficiency,which provides a theoretical basis for the construction of the built-in carbon fiber cable roadbed.
