摘  要:在太阳能光伏发电系统中,如何将发出的直流电转变为频率基本不变、电压幅值稳定、波形标准的正弦交流电并网供用户使用一直是一个难题。为了解决这个难题,对太阳能光伏发电发出的直流电转变为正弦交流电过程中的DC/AC逆变电路进行比较分析,并深入研究DC/AC逆变电路中的调制技术,在完善正弦波脉宽调制(SPWM)技术的同时,选择三角波和梯形波比较法实现的SPWM技术,最后通过仿真实验证明三角波和梯形波比较法实现的SPWM技术在太阳能光伏发电系统中的DC/AC逆变电路中的可行性。In the solar photovoltaic power generation system,how to convert the DC power generated by the solar photovoltaic power generation into a frequency with substantially constant voltage amplitude,and a waveform standard sinusoidal AC power grid for users to use has always been a problem.In order to solve this problem,the DC/AC inverter circuit in the process of converting the DC power generated by solar photovoltaic power generation into a sinusoidal AC power is compared and analyzed,and the modulation technology in the DC/AC inverter circuit is further studied to improve the sine wave pulse width modulation.At the same time,the SPWM technology implemented by triangular wave and trapezoidal wave comparison method is selected.Simulation experiments show that the SPWM technology implemented by triangular wave and trapezoidal wave comparison method is feasible in DC/AC inverter circuit in solar photovoltaic power generation system.
