摘　　要：城市规划设计方案征集已成为提升方案编制质量的重要手段。本文首先总结了近年来国内城市规划设计方案国际征集过程中出现的问题和不足,然后以深圳市宝安海岸带城市设计方案国际征集工作坊为例,回顾并阐释了工作坊模式的主要过程与内容,包括成立背景、前期工作准备和方案征集过程控制等。并概括出方案国际征集工作坊模式的主要特点,以期为城市设计方案国际征集实践活动提供参考。Competition for urban planning schemes has become an important means to improve the quality of program preparation.This article firstly summarizes the problems and deficiencies of the urban planning competitions in the past.Then,based on the case of the international consultation on urban design for Coastal Zone in Bao’an,Shenzhen,it reviews and explains the model of the international consultation workshop,including the background,the preliminary work and process control of competition,etc.,and summarizes the characteristics that are different from the traditional model,in order to provide references for the international consulting practices of urban design.
