摘 要:随着化学助剂的使用量加大,苏里格气田天然气处理厂含油污泥乳化现象严重,油水分离不充分,导致后续处理难度大,环境风险加大等。为解决上述问题,开展含油污泥破乳剂筛选实验,从11种破乳剂中筛选出DS02(聚氧乙烯聚氧丙烯聚醚破乳剂)破乳效果最好。同时,利用正交优化法对其破乳过程工艺操作参数进行优化,确定最佳工艺条件为:温度35℃、加药浓度85mg/L、离心时间16min、转速3 000r/min。With the increasing use of chemical additives,the emulsification of oily sludge in the gas treatment plant of Sulige Gas Field is serious.The separation of oil and water is not enough,which leads to the difficulty of the follow-up treatment and the increase of environmental risk.To solve the above problems,demulsifier screening experiments were carried out.DS02(polyoxyethylene polyoxypropylene polyether),an excellent demulsifier,was selected from 11 kinds of demulsifiers,and the experiment showed that it had the best demulsification at low temperature.At the same time,orthogonal optimization method was used to optimize the process and operation parameters.The best process conditions were 35℃,dosage of 85 mg/L,centrifugal time of 16 min and rotational speed of 3 000 r/min.
