摘 要:采用红外光谱、核磁共振和X射线光电子能谱方法研究了锂硼硅酸盐玻璃结构与紫外透过性能的关系。结果表明:在SiO_2-Li_2O玻璃体系中引入B_2O_3,当B^(3+)处于形成四面体[BO_4]网络结构,使以往断裂的键被连接起来,使得氧元素的结合能提高,提高紫外透过性能;但是当硼氧四面体[BO_4]数量下降,三角体[BO_3]数量上升,氧原子的结合能下降,非桥氧数量上升,促使玻璃结构松懈,紫外透过性能降低。The relationship between the ultraviolet(UV)transmission and structure for lithium borosilicate glasses was investigated by infrared spectroscopy、Nuclear magnetic resonance and X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy.The results show that When the B3+was in the tetrahedral network structure[BO4]with the introduction of B2O3 in the glass system of SiO2-Li2O,the broken bond before would be connected,the oxygen binding energy enhanced,and the performance of UV penetration improved.But when the numbers of tetrahedron[BO4]were declining,and the numbers of[BO3]were increasing,the binding energy of oxygen would decrease,and the number of non-bridging oxygen raised,which would make the glass structure relax and the property of UV penetration decrease.
