摘  要:目的分析襄阳市中学生徒手心肺复苏(cardiopulmonary resuscitation,CPR)知识和技能的培训效果。方法 2013年6月-2014年6月,使用自编问卷对襄阳市某中学420名学生进行CPR知识知晓率抽样调查和CPR技能考核。基线调查和第一次技能考核结束后,由专家对学生进行系统CPR培训,并再次对中学生进行问卷调查和CPR技能考核。对比分析两次问卷调查和技能评分的结果。结果中学生CPR知识主要来源于电视(47.86%)和网络(28.33%);经过系统的培训后,中学生在"判断意识丧失方法、判断呼吸停止方法、判断心跳停止方法、呼吸心跳停止处理措施、CPR的基本步骤、实施人工呼吸的方法、胸外心脏按压的部位和胸外心脏按压深度"知识点的知晓率与培训前相比显著提高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01);同时,培训后中学生CPR技能操作得分与培训前相比显著提高,差异具有统计学意义(t=6.382,P<0.01)。结论通过系统培训,中学生CPR知识和技能均得到明显的提升。Objective To analyze the training effect of knowledge and skills of cardiopulmonary resuscitation(CPR)in middle school students in Xiangyang city.Methods From June 2013 to June 2014,420 students were surveyed to assess the knowledge and skills of CPR by self-compiled questionnaire in a middle school in Xiangyang city.Middle school student were trained about CPR by the experts after baseline survey and the first skill assessment.Then students were assessed again.Results of two questionnaires and skill scores were compared.Results The way to acquire CPR knowledge of secondary school students was mainly from TV(47.86%)and network(28.33%).After systematic training,the awareness rates of middle school students in these knowledge points as follows:“to judgment of loss of consciousness,to determine the method of breathing to stop,to determine the way to stop the heartbeat,respiratory and cardiac arrest measures,the basic steps of cardiopulmonary resuscitation,the implementation of artificial respiration,chest cardiac compression,and chest cardiac pressure depth”were higher than before,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.01).At the same time,the CPR skill scores of middle school students were higher than before with statistically significant(t=6.382,P<0.01).Conclusion Through the system training,secondary school students CPR knowledge and skills can be significantly improved.
