摘  要:目的评价以患者为中心的教学联合电子标准化病人教学系统在诊断学呼吸系统体征见习带教的效果。方法中山大学临床医学系2015级本科生中随机抽取70名学生,在诊断学呼吸系统体征的见习教学中进行以患者为中心的教学联合电子标准化病人教学系统教学,课程结束后进行随堂小测、电子标准化病人系统临床技能考核及问卷调查。结果小测平均成绩为(93.2±2.3)分,优秀率为65.7%,高于往年平均成绩;临床技能考核平均成绩为(90.4±3.5)分,优秀率为62.9%,高于往年平均成绩;学生对此种教学方法的认可度较高。结论以患者为中心的教学联合电子标准化病人教学系统在诊断学呼吸系统体征见习带教中取得了较好的效果。Objective To explore the effect of combining patient-based learning with electronically standardized patients in teaching pulmonary physical examination of diagnostics.Methods Randomly select 70 undergraduates of clinical medicine in Sun Yat-Sen University,apply patient-based learning and electronically standardized patients in teaching pulmonary physical examination of diagnostics,then do a test,clinical skills examination,and a questionnaire after completion of the course.Results The mean score of the test was(93.2±2.3)points,the proportion of good marks was 65.7%;The mean score of clinical skills examination was(90.4±3.5)points,the proportion of good marks was 62.9%,which were better than the score of previous years.Students had a high degree of acceptance of this teaching method.Conclusion The application of patient-based learning and electronically standardized patients to teaching pulmonary physical examination of diagnostics have achieved a good result.
