益气通络法在脑梗死二级预防中的作用及临床对照研究

摘　　要：目的探讨益气通络法在脑梗死二级预防中的作用效果,为脑梗死复发中医预防提供参考。方法选取2014年1月—2016年12月我院收治的72例脑梗死二级预防患者作为研究对象,将其随机分为实验组(中医益气通络法,36例)和对照组(常规西医预防,36例),对比观察两组脑梗死二级预防效果,统计用药不良反应。结果实验组神经功能缺损评分为(10.6±2.4)分,随访脑梗死复发率5.56%,用药不良反应发生率0.00%,各项指标均优于对照组,差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论中医益气通络法用于脑梗死二级预防效果确切、安全可靠,可有效预防脑梗死复发。Objective To investigate the effects of Yiqi emmenagogue in two primary prevention of cerebral infarction effect,to provide reference for the prevention of recurrence of cerebral infarction in Chinese medicine.Methods 72 patients with cerebral infarction two grade prevention in our hospital from January 2014 to December 2016 were selected as the study objects and they were divided into experimental group(supplementing qi and dredging collaterals method,36 cases)and control group(western medicine prevention,36 cases),and observed two groups of preventive effects and statistics of adverse reactions.Results The score of nerve function defect in the experimental group(10.6±2.4)points,the recurrence of cerebral infarction was 5.56%,and the rate of adverse reaction was 0.00%,compared with the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The effect of TCM supplementing qi and dredging collaterals on two stages of cerebral infarction is accurate,safe and reliable,and it can effectively prevent recurrence of cerebral infarction,effective prevention of recurrence of cerebral infarction.
