摘　　要：目的探讨消毒供应室腹腔镜手术器械清洗、灭菌及保养的意义。方法将我院消毒供应室2017年1—6月收集的50例腹腔镜手术患者的340套(件)器械的清洗、灭菌及保养数据纳入到对照组,2017年7—12月收集的50例腹腔镜手术患者的350套(件)器械的清洗、灭菌及保养数据纳入到观察组;观察组采用持续质量改进管理模式,对照组采用常规器械清洗、灭菌及保养模式。结果观察组的腹腔镜手术器械清洗、灭菌合格率高于对照组,观察组的腹腔镜手术器械保养损坏率低于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组医生器械使用满意度为100.0%,对照组医生器械使用满意度为86.7%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论实施持续质量改进管理模式,能够提高器械清洗、灭菌的合格率并降低保养的损坏率,提高医生对器械使用的满意度。Objective To explore the significance of cleaning,sterilization and maintenance of laparoscopic surgical instruments in disinfection supply room.Methods The data of the cleaning,sterilization and maintenance of 340 sets of instruments in 50 cases of laparoscopy collected in the disinfection and supply room of our hospital from January to June 2017 were included in the control group.From July to December 2017,the data of the cleaning,sterilization and maintenance of 350 sets of instruments in 50 cases of laparoscopic surgery were included in the observation group.The observation group adopted continuous quality improvement management mode,while the control group received routine cleaning,sterilization and maintenance mode.Results The rate of cleaning and sterilization of laparoscopic surgical instruments in the observation group was higher than that of the control group,the maintenance damage rate of the laparoscopic surgical instruments in the observation group was lower than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The satisfaction of the doctors in the observation group was 100.0%,and the satisfaction of the control group was 86.7%,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The implementation of continuous quality improvement management mode can improve the qualification rate of cleaning and sterilization,reduce the damage rate of maintenance,and improve the satisfaction of doctors to the use of instruments.
