摘　　要：目的探讨长期使用抗凝药物患者行胃肠镜检查的饮食护理。方法选择2017年1—12月本院实施胃肠镜检查者且既往长时间服用抗凝药物者66例作为研究对象。按照随机数字法,将其分为两组,每组各33例。观察组实施本研究针对性饮食护理干预,重点针对患者术前、术后使用抗凝药物的用法用量,何时使用、何时停用等均对患者做好良好指导,告知患者术后何时恢复饮食,尤其是针对接受全身麻醉者,术后规定时间进行饮食健康教育。对照组则实施常规护理,比较两组术后消化道相关并发症,如:术后出血、胃胀、腹胀及腹痛的总发生率。结果观察组术后出血、胃胀、腹胀及腹痛的总发生率低于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论针对长期服用抗凝药物患者行胃肠镜检查前进行有效的饮食护理,对减少围术期出血,改善术后胃肠功能有重要价值。Objective To investigate the long-term use of anticoagulant drugs in patients undergoing gastrointestinal endoscopic diet nursing.Methods 66 patients undergoing gastroenteroscopy from January to December 2017 in our hospital and taking anticoagulants for a long time were divided into two groups according to the random number method,33 cases in each group.The observation group conducted the targeted dietary nursing intervention in this study,focusing on patients with preoperative and postoperative use of anticoagulant dosage,when to use,when to disable and so on are good guidance to patients,to inform patients when Restoration of diet,especially for general anesthesia who,after a period of time diet health education.The control group was given routine care,compared with postoperative gastrointestinal complications,such as:postoperative bleeding,bloating,abdominal distension and abdominal pain in the overall incidence.Results The total incidence of postoperative bleeding,bloating,bloating and abdominal pain in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Long-term use of anticoagulants in patients with gastroenteroscopy before the effective diet care,it can reduce perioperative bleeding,improve gastrointestinal function after the operation of great value.
