优质护理干预在无痛胃肠镜麻醉患者中的应用价值

摘　　要：目的探讨优质护理干预在无痛胃肠镜麻醉患者中的应用价值。方法选取2017年1—12月我院316例无痛胃肠镜麻醉患者作为研究对象。根据就诊顺序,将受试者分为对照组和研究组,每组各158例。对照组患者给予传统的临床护理,研究组患者给予优质护理干预,比较两组护理效果、苏醒时间、不良反应发生率及护理满意率。结果研究组患者优良率、护理满意率高于对照组,苏醒时间及不良反应发生率低于对照组,两组比较,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论优质护理干预可有效提高无痛胃肠镜麻醉患者的诊疗效果及护理质量,缩短患者的苏醒时间,减少不良反应发生率,在无痛胃肠镜麻醉患者中具有重要应用价值。Objective To explore the application value of high quality nursing in anesthesia of painless stomach-endoscopy.Methods 316 cases with painless stomach-endoscopy from January to December 2017 were selected and divided into control group(n=158)and research group(n=158).The control group was taken routine and the research group was taken high quality nursing.The nursing effects,awakening time,adverse reaction and nursing satisfaction degree were compared.Results In research group,the excellent and good rate and nursing satisfaction degree were significant higher than control group and the awakening time and incidence of adverse reaction were significant lower than control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion High quality nursing can improve the nursing quality with shorter awakening time and less incidence of adverse reaction in anesthesia of painless stomach-endoscopy.
