摘 要:利用Aspen Plus模拟软件对甲基叔戊基醚(TAME)的反应精馏过程进行稳态研究,在设计规定下分别对反应精馏塔、脱C_5塔和精制塔的设计与操作参数进行确定和优化,确定了各塔设备的理论塔板数、最佳进料位置、回流比以及灵敏板温度,并以稳态模拟的设计数据为基础,采用Aspen Dynamics软件考察了进料流量扰动和进料组成扰动的工况。实验结果表明,工艺系统稳态模拟结果完全符合产品质量要求,动态控制结构设计合理,能够满足分离规定设计要求,可为工艺过程的设计、工艺系统的开停车方案与故障诊断提供可靠的技术支持,具有一定的实际工业生产指导意义。Steady-state research was conducted on the reaction distillation process of tert-amyl methyl ether(TAME)by using Aspen Plus simulation software.In design specification,the design and operation parameters of the reaction distillation column,C5-removing column and refinery column were determined and optimized,and the theoretical number of column plates,the optimum feed location,the reflux ratio and the sensitive plate temperature of each column device were determined.Based on the steady-state simulation design data,the feed flow disturbance and feed composition disturbance were investigated by Aspen Dynamics.The experimental results showed that the steady-state simulation results conformed to the product quality requirements,and the dynamic control structure design was reasonable,could satisfy the separation design requirements,could provide reliable technical support for the design of the technical process,development of the process system,parking solution,and fault diagnosis,and had a certain degree of practical guidance on industrial production.
