摘 要:目的分析本院金黄色葡萄球菌(SAU)临床分布特点及耐药情况,为临床控制感染及合理用药提供依据。方法收集本院2015年1月至2016年12月临床分离的SAU,应用Vitek-2 Compact全自动微生物鉴定仪及配套药敏卡进行细菌鉴定及药敏试验,用WHONET 5.6微生物统计软件对SAU的分布及耐药性进行分析。结果共分离出SAU 414株,主要分布在儿科76株占18.4%;主要来源于痰标本268株占64.7%;SAU耐药率最高的为青霉素88.7%,其次为红霉素66.5%,对万古霉素、利奈唑胺、替考拉宁100%敏感。414株SAU中共分离出耐甲氧西林金黄色葡萄球菌(MRSA)41株检出率为10.0%,主要分布在儿科9株占22.0%,主要来源于痰标本25株占61.0%。MRSA对青霉素G、苯唑西林耐药率为100%,对万古霉素、利奈唑胺、替考拉宁100%敏感。结论此结果为我区指导临床的治疗和预防性用药提供依据,我院合理用药、控制抗菌药物的使用强度、及时监测耐药菌使MRSA检出率远低于全国平均水平,对有效控制院内感染具有重要意义。Objective To analyze the clinical distribution characteristics and drug resistance of Staphylo-coccus aureus(SA)in our hospital,and to provide the basis for clinical clinical control of infection and rational use of drugs.Methods Collected in our hospital from January 2015 to December 2016 clinical separation of SA,the application of Vitek-2 Compact automatic microbiological identification and matching card for bacterial i-dentification and drug susceptibility testing,with WHONET5.6 microbial statistical software on the distribution of SA and Resistance analysis.Results A total of 414 strains of SA were separated.The top clinical depart-ments were distributed in Pediatrics,accounting for 18.4%.SA mainly from the sputum specimens of 268 strains accounted for 64.7%.SA is the most resistant to penicillin,accounting for 88.7%,followed by ery-thromycin,accounted for 66.5%.It is vancomycin,linezolid,teicoplanin completely sensitive.41 strains of methicillin resistant Staphylococcus aureus(MRSA)were isolated,the detection rate was 10.0%.The speci-mens were mainly sputum specimens and were mainly distributed in pediatrics,accounted for 22.0%.The MR-SA of penicillin G,oxacillin resistant rate was 100%,sensitive to vancomycin,linezolid completely sensitive.Conclusion It is of great significance to strengthen the surveillance of drug-resistant bacteria and rational use of antibiotics in the control of nosocomial infection in this area.As the hospital reasonable control of the use of antimicrobial agents,timely monitoring of drug-resistant bacteria,MRSA detection rate is much lower than the national average,which is effective in controlling nosocomial infection is of great significance.
