摘 要:为设计红外周期性吸波结构,本文分析了周期性吸波结构的谐振单元尺寸、介质层厚度和介电常数对吸波效果的影响,研究周期性吸波结构的吸收规律,设计了一种由两种不同尺寸圆形贴片构成的周期性结构,仿真结果表明该结构在SO_2气体探测器的两个特征吸收波长4.0mm和7.35mm处吸收率分别达到99.67%和99.97%,并且该结构对极化方向不敏感,吸波效果良好。In order to design an infrared periodic absorbent structure,this paper explored the absorption regularity of a periodic absorbent structure.This was achieved through analyzing the effect of the geometric parameters of resonant units and thickness and permittivity of dielectric layers on absorption properties.A periodic absorbent structure composed of circular patches with different radii was designed.Simulation results reveal that the structure was insensitive to polarization and that absorption levels reached 99.67%and 99.97%at thicknesses of 4.0?m and 7.35?m respectively.The absorption levels were found to correspond to two distinct characteristic wavelengths when analyzed through a SO2 detector.
