摘 要:采用一步法聚合了尼龙1211。FT-IR与~1 H NMR测试结果表明尼龙1211被成功聚合;同时尼龙的结晶结构、热性能、粘弹行为能用WAXD、TGA、DSC、DMA进行表征。WAXD测试结果表明,随着退火温度升高,尼龙的晶型由α晶型向γ晶型转变;TGA和DSC测试结果表明,尼龙1211具有良好的耐高温性与热稳定性;DMA测试结果表明,在低温下依旧拥有优异的韧性与冲击强度;根据力学性能与吸水率测试可知,尼龙1211在具有优异力学性能同时,其具有更低的吸水率,使得机械性能、热力学性能在不同湿度条件下更加稳定。Nylon 1211 was successfully synthesized using a step heating melt polycondensation.FT-IR and 1H NMR were utilized to confirm the successful synthesis of nylon 1211.Meanwhile,the thermal properties,crystal structures and relaxation processes of the samples were characterized by TGA,DSC,WAXD and DMA.When the melt-crystallized nylon 1211 samples are heated from room temperature to a higher temperature,the WAXD measurement indicates that the crystal structures of the samples transform fromα-forms toγ-forms.Thermal stability of nylon 1211 was characterized using the TGA and DSC under nitrogen atmosphere.Nylon 1211 has good heat resistance and thermal stability.The DMA measurement shows that nylon 1211 has low-temperature flexibility and good cold endurance.Nylon 1211 not only possesses excellent mechanical properties but also has low water absorption,which make it suitable for uses requiring retention of mechanical properties and thermal properties under varying conditions of humidity.
