摘　　要："一带一路"倡议背景下,我国农产品跨境电商迎来了大好时机,湖南积极融入"一带一路"倡议,打造跨境电商产业链,推进外贸转型升级,跨境电商也得到了一定的发展,但由于跨境电商与跨境物流发展尚处于起步发展阶段,还存在跨境电商与跨境物流之间协同缺失,跨境物流体系不健全,产品质量安全隐患较多以及信息化、专业化水平低等影响湖南农产品跨境电商的快速发展。文中对湖南农产品跨境电商与物流情况及存在问题进行了剖析,并从促进跨境电商与跨境物流协同、构建成熟的物流体系、构建严格的监管体系以及整合资源提高其信息化、专业化水平等提出了相应的对策。Under the“One Belt,One Road”strategy,China s cross-border e-commerce of agricultural products ushered in a golden opportunity.Hunan actively integrated the“Belt and Road”strategy,built a cross-border e-commerce industry chain,and promoted the transformation and upgrading of foreign trade.Cross-border e-commerce also received A certain degree of development,but as cross-border e-commerce and cross-border logistics development are still in the initial stage of development,there is still a lack of coordination between cross-border e-commerce and cross-border logistics,cross-border logistics system is not perfect,and product quality and security risks,and the informatization and low level of specialization affect the rapid development of cross-border e-commerce of agricultural products in Hunan.The paper analyzes the situation and existing problems of cross-border e-commerce and logistics of Hunan agricultural products,and promotes cross-border e-commerce and cross-border logistics collaboration,builds a mature logistics system,establishes a strict supervision system,and integrates resources to improve its information and professionalism.The corresponding level of countermeasures has been proposed.
