摘　　要：根据国家标准的《物流术语》,文中认为废弃物物流实际上指的是回收物流,而将逆向物流作为原来的回收物流和废弃物物流的统称,这样企业物流的结构就变成供应物流、生产物流、销售物流和逆向物流。According to national standard“logistics term”,the author think the waste material logistics refers to the actually returned logistics,and reverse logistics as the original returned logistics and waste material logistics collectively,so that the structure of enterprise logistics into supply logistics,production logistics,distribution logistics and reverse logistics.The structure and content of reverse logistics are discussed in a comprehensive way.
